Pani popo

Pani Popo e un fel de paine hawaiiana dulceaga cu o placuta aroma de cocos
ingrediente:
3 cup faina
1 1/2 lgta drojdie uscata (7 gr)
1/4 cup apa calduta
1 lingura ulei
sare
200 ml lapte de cocos+200 ml pt pus in tava


3/4 cup zahar

mod de preparare:
se face o gaura in faina unde se pune drojdia cu apa calduta si se lasa 5 min
se face un aluat din drojdie,apa,faina,sare si 200 ml lapte de cocos si ulei


se lasa sa dospeasca pana se dubleaza
se imparte in 10 parti egale si se formeaza bilute de aluat


se lasa din nou sa dospeasca apoi se pune in tava amestecul de 200 ml lapte cocos ramas si zahar


se presara zahar deaupra
se coc aprox 40 min la 180 grade.se scot cand sunt aurii si laptele de cocoz este absorbit

se servesc calde sau reci


Pani popo is a hawaiian kind of bread with a nice coconut flavour

ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast (7 grams)
1/4 cup warm water
1 tablespoon oil
a pinch of salt
200 ml coconut milk+200 ml coconut milk to put in pan
3/4 cup sugar

method:

make a hole in flour n put there warm water n yeast
leave it for 5 min
make a dough with water,yeast,flour,salt ,200 ml coconut milk n oil
leave it to become double in volume(aprox 30-40 min in warm place)
make 10 equal balls n leave to become double again (30 min in warm place)
add coconut milk mixed with sugar n sprinkle some sugar on top
bake for aproximate 40 min at 180 degree
take out from oven when r gold n the coconut milk n sugar r absorbed
serve warm or cold
