sfecla rosie imi place in orice combinatie si gatita in orice fel
iar aceasta salata calda mi se pare fff buna si satioasa
ingrediente:
sfecla rosie
branza de capra
usturoi
cimbru uscat
ulei de porumb
sare,piper negru
se incalzeste putin ulei si se pune usturoiul
se tine putin pana isi lasa aroma dar cu grija sa nu se arda
se scoate afara usturoiul si se pune sfecla (fiarta in apa cu sare) taiata cubulete
se tine 1 min pe foc apoi se pune cimbrul
se mai tine un minut cu capacul pus apoi se pune pe farfurie
deasupra se pune branza de capra si piper negru macinat
fff buuunnn!!!!!!!!

betroot
goat cheese
garlic
corn oil
thyme
salt n black pepper
put lil bit oil in the pan n when is warm put garlic
keep it there till its left his flavour but not burn
take it out from oil n put there betroot (boiled in salty water) cuted in squares
keep it there for one minute n than add thyme n keep more one minute but cover the pan
after 1 min put betroot on a plate n put goat cheese on top n after that fresh black pepper
verrrrrryyyy tasteyyy!!!!
